The Writ Department at Equity Management offers services including the garnishing of wages, levying of bank accounts and state taxes in order to recover moneys owed to an individual or business due to a court-issued judgment. Equity Management can levy for amounts up to $200,000.
In order to process a request, Equity Management requires the following: a praecipe detailing the instructions on where to levy or garnish, information regarding the defendant, and a set fee.
We offer discounts on our fees when serving levies to more than four banks in one service.
